We currently offer shipping Canada-wide for all products except some of our Bakery product which are pick-up only
Pick-Up — $0 - please allow 2 days to prepare your order. An email confirmation will be sent out when your order is ready to pick up at our Headquarters (107 - 1753 Sean Heights, Saanichtion, BC).
Canada Post Expedited Shipping — $0 via Canada Post for orders over $125 use the code “SHIPFREE” upon checkout.
Canada Post Expedited Shipping — $18 flat rate shipping via Canada Post for orders under $125
Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days once shipped from our headquarters in Saanichton, BC. You’ll receive your tracking information as soon as your products have left the building. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to rockcoastsales@gmail.com
